Cancellation Policy

Once you reserve The Party Bus (by giving a credit or debit card to The Party Bus Kings), you have 24 hours after booking to cancel without obligation. Thereafter, you will forfeit your deposit for cancellation. If the service is not cancelled 14 days prior to the date of service the customer will be held liable for the entire balance. I understand and agree that by giving a credit card or debit card to make a reservation with The Party Bus Kings that I will be subject to a cancellation fee if I cancel the service 24 hours after making the initial reservation. I agree that The Party Bus can apply the cancellation fee to the card I have on file. Should the card on file be declined for any reason I agree that The Party Bus will invoice me for all charges incurred.

Terms and Conditions

The Party Bus Kings is not responsible for personal belongings left in the bus during or after service has been rendered. The client will be assessed the following surcharges for losses & damages to the Bus when in use for any of the following:

*DAMAGED OR RIPPED INTERIOR WILL BE CHARGED | $300 MINIMUM.

*VOMIT WILL BE CHARGED | $250 MINIMUM.

*DAMAGES OF STEREO,T.V, LIGHTING, DANCING POLES | $300 MINIMUM.

A walk through will be done with renter before boarding the Bus to check if any pryor damages exist.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic and nonalcohlic beverages are permitted. Beverages should be brought in solid cooler. NO BOTTLES WILL BE ALLOWED. Cans and plastic containers are welcome.

Rules of Conduct

*NO SMOKING *NO FIGHTING will be tolerated.

Violation will result in the IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of the Party.

NO REFUNDS / NO EXCEPTIONS. *NO WEAPONS.
